Pauline Merminod

Occupational therapist

Presentation

As a young mother of two children, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy in 2012.

I first practiced in hand pathology before gradually moving into paediatrics.

After the birth of my first child, I had the opportunity to join an occupational therapy practice in pediatrics and become self-employed. Thus, since 2017, I have been working as an independent occupational therapist at the occupational therapy practice La Cabane en Bois in Vaulruz.

I love my job and I find that working with children is particularly rewarding. They are so extraordinary.

For me, it is important to have a global vision of the child, of his or her situation, and to know how to call on other professionals or to know how to pass the baton when necessary. In addition to being interesting and stimulating, I believe that networking is essential and a guarantee of success.
